I am pleased to extend our offer of employment for the position of security guard- floater Casual. In this position you will work at various locations. Duties and Responsibilities Your responsibilities are varied and will depend on the site. Effective date:

Probationary Period

Your employment is subject to a probationary period of three months beginning on your start date of your full time tenure.

Remuneration

Your salary will be varied depending on the site until you have been placed at a permanent site. We will calculate and deduct statutory deductions (Federal tax, C.P.P., E.I.) for you at source. Your salary is payable bi-weekly by e-transfer/direct deosit to the financial institution of your choice or by cheque. This salary will increase as your full time tenure starts and depending on your performance with Darkcity Security.

Confidentiality

While under our employ and after the termination of this agreement, you will not disclose the private and confidential affairs of Darkcity security and will not use for your own purposes or for those of any other person any information which you acquire about the business and affairs of Darkcity security or about its management and methods of operations.

Termination

If your employment with Darkcity Security is terminated, you will receive either written notice of termination.

Law of the Contract

This offer should be interpreted according to the laws of Ontario.

Others

I, hereby also accept the underwritten products, to be used to perform my duties and will return the products when I leave the company under any circumstances or at the request of Darkcity Security in exchange of CAD $250 deposit, if unable to do so I also authorize the company to deduct CAD $250.00 from my pay or I will pay the same in full. (Though, the log books have to be submitted in original (used/unused) to the supervisor under any circumstances.)
