Effective date *

I agree the effective date is in full force as of the signing this contact.

Duties and Responsibilities *

1- I, agree to decal my car with the company logo for the promotion.

Probationary Period *

2- I agree to do the decal at my own expense from the company approved decal provider. I will be reimbursed of the full payment after six months of continuous work. I understand if the vehicle is not drivable within six months anymore, I will not be reimbursed for the payment.

Remuneration *

3- Company will not be liable for any kind of car repair/service or insurance of the car.

Benefits *

4- I, already have an insurance of the car which will be given to the other party if the vehicle is involved in any collision anytime.

Confidentiality *

5- In case of an accident or any other major damage to the other party, I, will be responsible for that, not the Darkcity Security and I will be totally liable to exchange my car insurance with the other party.

Termination *

6- I, will have the car clean and damage free while promoting Darkcity Security.

Law of the Contract *

7- Darkcity Security will not pay for my vehicle decal removal at any point.

I AGREE *

8- Before removing the decal, I will need permission from Darkcity Security Management.

I AGREE *

9- While driving with Darkcity logo, I will follow all the rules and regulations.

I AGREE *

10- If I leave the company within two years after installing the company approved decal into my vehicle, I must pay in full for the vehicle decal price provided by the company and/or will deducted from my pay.
