Employee Bi-Weekly Time Sheet Submission Form

You MUST submit this form bi-weekly in order to receive the payment from Darkcity Security. Without submitting this form every other Sunday by 5 pm, your payroll will not be processed. You are required to submit one form for each site. For example, if you work two sites in same pay period make sure you submit two separate forms (one for each site). Your pay will also be disrupted if you do not complete the form accurately.

You must wait until the pay cycle end date before submitting the form.

Submit the Form on the specific day marked Red circle by 5pm.
